About MusclePhoria

We are a clinical massage therapy practice utilizing myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy work & PNF to help people achieve and maintain an active lifestyle.

Our therapy is implemented to achieve various wellness goals: injury rehabilitation and recovery, release of muscle tension, preventative maintenance, strengthening, joint mobility, reduced pain, among others.

By incorporating massage therapy, we can accomplish these goals and significantly reduce the likelihood of injury by improving tissue health and strengthening weaker muscles.

The variety in technique makes massage a viable remedy for many different people, regardless of condition/ pathology, age, gender or otherwise.

It is an important aspect of the self-care routine because our bodies are put through stress and physical exhaustion daily. We look forward to being part of your recovery routine in a crucial way.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide quality therapy to aid in the healing process and to encourage positive transformation. Every body is different but massage is a universal healing language used by skilled therapists as they adapt their techniques and improvise in a logical, evidence-based way.

Each client deserves to feel the benefits of healing clinical massage. We work hard to demonstrate the clinical and professional side of the massage therapy world and the effectiveness of techniques, and that is what we strive to demonstrate.

The wall behind is painted gray, and the floor is carpeted in beige.

I became a massage therapist with a powerful goal in mind: To help people achieve wellness and nurture their bodies through healing touch. I am always learning new techniques and looking for opportunities to enhance my skills.

My background in massage combined with my knowledge in health and wellness, and other natural healing techniques has allowed me to become a skilled and qualified professional massage therapist.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors and hiking, rock climbing, running, Olympic weightlifting and spending time with my husband and our two dogs. I also love drawing, painting and reading. I also enjoy having projects at home so I’m currently building a gym in my shed and nurturing our garden.
